About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Reaching out to shops, retail outlets, and chain stores across Delhi NCR to introduce and market Subhog Organics' range of products.
2. Conducting product demonstrations, explaining the benefits of our organic products, and ensuring they are well-represented and prominently displayed in stores.
3. Building and nurturing relationships with store managers and retail partners to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
4. Assisting in setting up promotional displays, ensuring that our products are positioned for maximum visibility and appeal in stores.
5. Gathering feedback from retailers and customers to provide insights into market trends, competitor activities, and product performance.
6. Working closely with the sales team to ensure that marketing strategies align with sales objectives and that retail partners have the support they need.
7. Preparing detailed reports on store visits, market feedback, and promotional activities.

Other requirements
1. MBA in Marketing or a related field (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to build and maintain relationships with retail partners.
4. Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to achieving marketing goals.
5. Willingness to travel extensively within the Delhi NCR region.
6. A passion for organic products and an understanding of the FMCG sector is a plus.
