About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Create impactful content: Craft compelling stories, social media posts, blogs, and newsletters that inspire action and spread awareness about carbon removal.
2. Drive campaigns: Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns that amplify our mission and engage our audience.
3. Be a trendspotter: Conduct market research to uncover trends, customer insights, and opportunities to innovate.
4. Build community: Help grow and engage our online community across social media platforms.
5. Collaborate & create: Work with our design team to produce eye-catching marketing materials that stop scrollers in their tracks.
6. Analyze & optimize: Track campaign performance, dive into data, and uncover insights to make our efforts even more effective.
7. Support big ideas: Help plan events, webinars, and partnerships that bring our mission to life.

Our mission is to transform Darjeeling's struggling tea industry, vulnerable to the impacts of climate change, into a beacon of sustainability. By harnessing the power of natural processes, specifically through accelerated rock weathering, we remove CO from the atmosphere and pave the way for a greener, more resilient future. We are a for-profit organization and are backed by some of India's most renowned founders and investors. Our efforts have already led to the removal of 1003 kgs of CO from the atmosphere, and we aim to remove 5 million tons of CO by 2030. We aim to scale up enhanced rock weathering (ERW) within South Asia while mobilizing climate finance and creating co-benefits for at-risk communities and ecosystems.
