About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Strategy Development: Create and implement tailored marketing strategies for Secondary Digital Properties (SDPs) and LinkedIn Paid Marketing that align with AyuSynk's overall business objectives.
2. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage innovative organic social and LinkedIn campaigns to enhance customer engagement, increase brand awareness, and drive lead generation.
3. Audience Targeting & Engagement: Build and manage targeted audience segments to ensure personalized and relevant messaging for healthcare professionals and corporate partners.
4. Content Creation: Collaborate with the content, design, and product teams to develop engaging content, including posts, messages, videos, and infographics, tailored for SDPs and LinkedIn channels.
5. Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key metrics such as engagement rates, conversion rates, and campaign ROI to continuously optimize campaigns.
6. Community Building: Foster relationships with relevant LinkedIn groups and networks. Grow the WhatsApp community by engaging in meaningful conversations and sharing thought leadership.
7. Market Research: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in WhatsApp and LinkedIn marketing, ensuring AyuSynk remains at the forefront of digital engagement strategies.

Who can apply

Other requirements

1. Prior internships or relevant experience in digital marketing or social media management.

2. Strong understanding of SDPs and LinkedIn platform features, tools, and best practices.

3. Expertise in creating targeted marketing campaigns and measuring their effectiveness.

4. Proficiency in content creation, including copywriting and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).

5. Analytical skills with experience in using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics).

6. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
