Role: Marketing Intern
Job Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Intern located in New Delhi. The Marketing Intern will be responsible for marketing, communication, Email Marketing, QRT Operations, and also for resolve the Issues over the App.
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Assist in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns, WhatsApp Marketing including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated sequences.
* Research industry trends and best practices to enhance email marketing strategies.
* Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling email templates and content.
* Track, analyze, and report email performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
* Manage email databases, segment audiences, and maintain list hygiene.
* Assist in cross-functional collaboration with social media, SEO, and content teams.
* Work closely with the technical support team to identify, document, and help resolve issues on the company's app.
Requirements:
* Recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing analytics tools.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to work collaboratively and respond quickly in QRT operations.
