Marketing Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work with our social media management and community platforms to listen to what our customers want, need, and expect and respond with a POA
2. Identify and create opportunities for proactive community outreach/engagement (online and offline)
3. Guide the content and response framework to ensure consistent and strong messaging across the user journey and platforms
4. Work with influencers and media (in partnership with the content team) to facilitate and drive community engagement and participation
5. Respond to customer queries, nudging conversations and initiating discussions
6. Create the online and offline engagement calendar
7. Mobilize community participation and user-generated content
8. Identify and nurture customer ambassadors
