About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Getting group query tracker updated
2. Coordinating with IT team for support to the franchise - password reset MMT1, CRM, outlook configuration, etc.
3. Google listing, website update of the franchise, coordinating with the marketing team
4. Supporting on franchise engagement piece and Facebook page birthday wishes etc.
5. Allocation of mails to relevant SME franchise for action (mails on common DL), pending flight details, updates, etc.
6. Publishing Booking report to validate no s done, payment pending cases and cases with missing customer code
7. Working on CTA creation
