About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Compiling and preparing the database
2. Handling market sizing, market share, top players, new market expansion, and players to target
3. Handling SaaS standard practices, metrics to track, business case studies, and innovative approaches taken by other players
4. Conducting competitive research on pricing, offerings, initiatives, and features across markets
5. Working on a monthly internal newsletter on market trends and competition
6. Conducting any other Adhoc market research
7. Managing internal/external content repositories and ensuring they're up to date
8. Providing content sharing governance
9. Arranging internal training
