About the internship
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Intern to drive customer engagement and support brand growth at Rorosaur. As a Marketing Intern, you will assist in the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, playing a crucial role in enhancing brand visibility and driving customer acquisition. This role involves conducting thorough market research to identify consumer insights and competitive analysis, which will inform our marketing strategies. You will contribute to the creation of compelling marketing materials, including engaging social media content and effective email marketing campaigns.
Your responsibilities will extend to managing social media accounts, scheduling posts, and tracking marketing campaign performance. Collaboration with internal teams will be essential as you help organize marketing events and promotions. Staying updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools, you will provide valuable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
a. Marketing Campaign Support:
1. Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing materials, including social media content, email campaigns, and advertisements, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
3. Support the planning and coordination of marketing events and promotions to increase brand visibility and customer acquisition.
4. Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.
5. Assist in managing marketing budgets and tracking expenses to ensure efficient use of resources.
6. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
b. Market Research and Analysis:
1. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience insights to inform marketing strategies.
2. Perform competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and market positioning.
3. Analyze consumer behavior and preferences to tailor marketing messages and campaigns for maximum impact.
4. Monitor and report on key marketing metrics, such as website traffic, social media engagement, and lead generation.
5. Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve marketing efforts and enhance customer satisfaction.
6. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools to provide innovative ideas and recommendations.
c. Digital and Social Media Management:
1. Assist in managing social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers to build brand awareness and community.
2. Implement social media strategies to increase follower engagement and drive traffic to the company website.
3. Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and reviews, responding promptly and professionally to maintain a positive brand image.
4. Track and analyze social media performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
5. Utilize social media management platforms to streamline content scheduling and monitor engagement metrics.
6. Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
d. Content Creation and Management:
1. Create engaging and informative content for social media, email campaigns, and the company website, ensuring alignment with brand voice and messaging.
2. Develop marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations, to support sales and marketing efforts.
3. Manage and update the company website with fresh content, including blog posts, product descriptions, and customer testimonials.
4. Collaborate with graphic designers and copywriters to create visually appealing and persuasive marketing materials.
5. Ensure all content is accurate, consistent, and compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
6. Organize and maintain a content library, ensuring easy access to marketing materials for internal and external stakeholders.
