Desi Growth is a marketing agency that helps local hospitality businesses, especially restaurants, grow their brands through targeted marketing strategies. We focus on creating tailored campaigns that increase visibility, engagement, and revenue for our clients.

As the Founder's Assistant Intern, you will work directly with the Founder of Desi Growth, gaining exposure to business operations, client management, and marketing strategy. A key part of your role will be supporting the founder in social media management, digital marketing efforts, and content creation, all while assisting in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the founder with daily operations, project management, and marketing initiatives.

Coordinate and manage the founder's calendar, meetings, and appointments.

Help create, schedule, and manage content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).

Support the founder in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns (paid ads, SEO, email marketing).

Conduct market research to identify trends, new opportunities, and client needs.

Prepare reports and analyze the performance of social media and digital marketing campaigns.

Assist in content creation, including writing copy, designing posts, and creating visual content.

Communicate with clients on behalf of the founder, ensuring projects run smoothly.

Take ownership of administrative tasks, ad-hoc requests, and special projects as needed.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for digital marketing.

Basic knowledge of content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Spark, etc.) and social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer).

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Interest in digital marketing, social media, and content creation.

Ability to organize tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for learning.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
