This is the perfect role for you to apply for! Join a budding D2C Silver Jewelry brand as the founding team member. At Shimmering Sterling, we are seeking a dynamic founding team member who is well-versed with, and lives, social media. You will be working closely with the founder in building something from 0 to 1. All of this magic will be woven from our cool coworking space where you can be your own boss.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in creating and scheduling engaging content for our social media platforms, with a focus on Instagram marketing
2. Analyzing data using MS-Excel to track the success of marketing campaigns and making recommendations for improvements
3. Collaborating with stakeholders to brainstorm and execute photo shoots for product launches and promotions
4. Editing and enhancing photos using Adobe Photoshop to ensure high-quality visuals for our marketing materials
5. Monitoring and responding to customer inquiries and feedback on social media channels to enhance brand reputation

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (10% of revenue generated upto rs 150000).

An organization which has started in the year 2024, we want to make a mark in the organized jewelry space of India.
