Responsibilities:

a) Marketing Specialist (on-field)

1.Field Market research, Pain-Point Mapping
2.Visiting popular industrial areas across Bengaluru to generate and convert leads
3.Traveling around Bangalore to convert clients to long-term or short-term customers.
4.We offer a FREE learning program in DIGITAL MARKETING or TALLY to upskill along with sales.
5.Building rapport and establishing long-term relationships with customers
6.Using market research and traditional & modern marketing techniques to understand the customer better and strategize ways to grow the business
7.Working as a professional, all-round, multi-skilled, and lingual consultant of the company

b) Digital Marketing (hybrid)

1.Manage all Social Media Handles - LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram & Google - and leverage organic and paid tools to create a strong online presence.
2.Perform competitor analysis - keyword research, SEO, hashtag research
3.Curate & execute social media Calendars focusing on quality, brand awareness, and engagement with the right target audience
4.Curate blogs and creative content for the website
5.Create online business leads from new and existing customer accounts
6.Use innovative strategies such as social media, SEO & Google Ranking for website & LinkedIn to create and convert leads


Note:
If you're interested in Digital Marketing but lack the basic knowledge/skills for the responsibilities mentioned, please apply for the 'Marketing Specialist' stream, where we train you in Digital Marketing for FREE while you work in on-field sales. Kannada-speaking is a must-have for on-field roles.

Suitable for someone in the engineering/science field looking to switch/combine into sales/business or who has a natural interest in the real-world applications of various machines.
