About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Write engaging blogs and articles on sports and esports marketing trends, insights, and success stories
2. Develop creative content for newsletters to keep stakeholders informed and engaged
3. Collaborate on social media campaigns by crafting compelling posts and captions
4. Conduct keyword research to optimize blog posts, web pages, and other content for search engines
5. Monitor and analyze website traffic to refine content strategies and improve SEO performance
6. Assist in link-building efforts and other off-page SEO tactics
7. Support in designing and executing email campaigns to nurture leads and promote services
8. Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize future newsletters
9. Stay updated on industry trends in both traditional sports and esports
10. Research competitors' content strategies to identify opportunities for differentiation
11. Provide support to the team with market analysis and insights to inform content strategies
12. Work closely with the founder to brainstorm new ideas and campaigns
13. Assist in planning and executing promotional strategies for partnerships and events
14. Contribute to the development of marketing reports and presentations

Other requirements

1. Strong writing skills with an ability to create engaging, professional, and error-free content

2. Familiarity with SEO principles and tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs

3. Passion for sports and/or esports, with a basic understanding of the industries

4. Knowledge of email marketing tools like Mailchimp HubSpot, and Zoho is a plus

5. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to feedback

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and Generative AI technologies
