Marketing Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Actively identify and onboard drivers to the Transmate platform through direct outreach and networking.
2. Train and support drivers in using the app efficiently and keep them engaged and active online.
3. Build trust and maintain relationships with drivers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
4. Execute offline marketing strategies such as distributing flyers, organizing events, and setting up promotional booths.
5. Engage with potential customers, explaining Transmate's services and unique benefits.
6. Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Transmate's value proposition to both drivers and customers.
7. Maintain strong relationships with drivers and customers to ensure a positive user experience.
8. Address concerns and feedback promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
9. Provide daily activity reports, including feedback from drivers and customers.
10. Share insights to help improve the platform's features and user engagement strategies.
