Role & Responsibility
1.Assist in driving the sales targets for customizing Own Brands' Gift Hampers for Diwali Gifting.
2.Collaborate with the project team to develop strategies to achieve sales goals and objectives
3.Identify and qualify leads by cold calling prospective corporate clients across the group companies.
4.Follow up on all incoming leads, determining the best way of establishing contact with the client to establish their needs and present an appropriate corporate solution
5.Assist in creating promotional materials, presentations, and proposals to showcase Private Brands' Gift Hampers for Diwali Gifting.
6.Coordinate and communicate with clients to gather information on their preferences, deadlines, and special requirements for corporate gifts.
7.Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of corporate gifts.
8.Track orders and shipments to ensure accuracy and prompt delivery.
9.Provide general administrative support such as:-
a.Assist in maintaining inventory records and stock levels of corporate gifts.
b.Assist in maintaining client databases and updating records with relevant information
c.Prepare various MIS reports as per the business needed.
d. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Skillsets Required
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
