Marketing Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

* Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning and drive occupancy across all locations.
* Digital Marketing: Oversee website management, SEO optimization, social media content, email marketing, and paid ad campaigns to generate leads.
* Community Engagement: Work closely with community managers to plan and promote events, networking sessions, and collaborations to enhance member experience.
* Sales & Lead Generation: Optimize marketing efforts to generate and convert leads, working alongside the sales team to meet occupancy targets.
* Content Creation: Develop engaging content for blogs, newsletters, social media, and marketing materials to showcase the coworking space's offerings.
* Brand Partnerships: Build partnerships with relevant brands, vendors, and corporate clients to enhance brand visibility and add value to members.
* Performance Analytics: Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Zoho Analytics to track marketing performance and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Market Research: Conduct competitor and industry analysis to stay ahead of market trends and refine marketing strategies.

Requirements:

* Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies, including SEO, paid ads, and social media management.
* Experience in website management, including working with developers and using tools like Zoho PageSense or Google Analytics.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally with different teams.
* A proactive and strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
