Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated marketing intern to join our marketing team. This internship offers hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of event management marketing, where you will assist in executing marketing strategies to promote our events and services, as well as support business development and lead generation initiatives. This role is ideal for someone passionate about events and marketing and eager to learn in a collaborative environment.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns to gain client attention
2. Coordinate with the design team to develop compelling promotional materials, including flyers, brochures, digital assets, and social media content
3. Manage and update content on our company website and social media platforms to ensure they reflect current events and promotions
4. Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities
5. Support business development efforts by researching and identifying potential clients, partners, and sponsorships
6. Assist in lead generation activities through outreach campaigns, email marketing, and networking

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (5% of profit).
