HIVE is the foundational team within Unilever s Consumer & Market Insight (CMI) function which leads to a high proportion of consumer tests like communication, idea, concept, product and pack tests, among others. HIVE CMI leads Global projects end-to-end, through deploying capabilities to enable time & cost savings, promoting lean methodologies, co-creating & working on new techniques and processes with agency partners.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Lead projects end-to-end, ensuring OTIF delivery while adding value at every step and delighting business partners through excellent collaboration, consultation, and expertise
2. Upskill to become knowledge experts who can not only absorb, assimilate and synthesize knowledge but also disseminate analysis and findings to drive business actions
3. Work on stakeholder management; this involves both internal stakeholders such as Marketing/CMI and other teams/contacts, along with key agency partners
4. Lead/develop new techniques and technologies that can be standardized and taken up by HIVE, enabling cost and time efficiencies
5. Work with the HIVE team to deliver our vision to transform the way we work in CMI, spotting opportunities and creating solutions around these
