Customer Journey is a critical part of any direct-to-customer (D2C) organization. Rebel is on the verge of breakout growth in terms of its own channel. To build a customer journey, we need to identify different customer segments based on past behavior and build a framework to communicate with the customer through the various touchpoints to nudge the customer to take the next best action.
The selected intern will be expected to deliver the below-mentioned points by the end of the tenure:
1. Envisage customer journey frameworks for Rebel's own channels on the website and app to ensure higher retention, cross-sell, up-sell, cart value
2. Identify the various customer touchpoints across different channels (WhatsApp, SMS, email, push notification, etc.) and create a comprehensive plan for communication
3. Execute the finalized journeys using Clevertap
4. Track the efficacy of the campaigns and improve the journeys by implementing a feedback loop
