Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Identify and evaluate potential vendors that align with our budget and project requirements. Negotiate and manage vendor contracts, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality. Maintain a database of preferred vendors and manage vendor relationships
2. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials
3. Conduct and generate leads and set up meetings for the marketing and sales teams
4. Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities
5. Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative marketing strategies
6. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities
7. Assist with organizing and coordinating marketing events and activities
