Marketing Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Developing store strategies to raise customer s pool to expand store traffic and optimize profitability
2. Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff
3. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
4. Developing business strategies to raise our customers pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
5. Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
6. Proposing innovative ideas to increase market share
7. Conducting personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
8. Dealing with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc.)
9. Additional store manager duties as needed requirements
10. Complete store administration and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
11. Maintaining outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards
12. Reporting on buying trends, customer needs, profits, etc.
