We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing and Sales Intern to join our team at our Noida office. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in sales strategy, marketing campaigns, and client relationship management. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to secure a full-time role within Qualtech, with a competitive CTC post-internship.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across various platforms.
2. Support the sales team in identifying and acquiring potential clients.
3. Conduct market research to analyze trends and identify new opportunities.
4. Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales pitches for prospective clients.
5. Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
6. Maintain records of sales activities and client communications in CRM tools.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts.

Qualifications:

2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
3. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM systems (preferred but not mandatory).
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 300000 to 400000 /year
