Marketing Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Telecalling:
1. Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases or leads.
2. Explain the company's products/services and address initial queries.
3. Build strong relationships and rapport with prospective clients over the phone.
4. Schedule and confirm product demos.
5. Follow up with leads to ensure continued engagement and move them through the sales funnel.

Demo Delivery:
1. Conduct engaging and professional software demonstrations tailored to the client's specific needs.
2. Highlight key features and benefits of the software during live or virtual sessions.
3. Address customer queries or concerns during the demo and provide appropriate solutions.
4. Collect feedback from demo sessions to improve future presentations.

General:
1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system.
2. Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
3. Provide feedback to the management team on customer needs and market trends.
