2. Drive understanding of relevant audiences, setting targets, and reporting for BD & Marketing
3. Assist in producing compelling BD and marketing content tailored to specific audiences
4. Monitor and report on competitor strategies within the industry, PMS, and Investment Advisory
5. Ensure compliance with current regulations and policies for all marketing materials and promotions
6. Require candidates with their own vehicle
7. Candidates relocating to Pune from outside will do so at their own expense
8. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, keen attention to detail, and fluency in English
9. Be a strong team player with a "Can Do" attitude and organizational behavioral skills
10. Display a genuine interest in the Wealth Management industry, eager to expand the company's horizons
11. Ability to drive projects to completion, delivering clear and defined results.
12. Generate and convert leads effectively

14. Create high-quality marketing materials such as presentations, investment proposals, and product-related newsletters
15. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel is necessary
16. Recommend suitable financial products/services available, including PMS, SME-IPO, Private Equity/Venture Capital, Mutual Funds, Equity, insurance, etc.
17. Drive business development by acquiring ultra-high net worth clients
18. Achieve targets based on acquisition and revenue generation through various investment products
