About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Create and spread awareness of our driver app among auto and cab drivers while in the field.
2. Guide drivers in installing the app on their mobiles and educate them about its features.
3. Act as a bridge between drivers and the development team to enhance our driver app.
4. Provide honest feedback regarding market conditions and driver insights to our marketing team to help design and implement new strategies.
5. Engage directly with drivers at various locations to inform them about LWAY's offerings and encourage them to promote our services to other auto drivers.
6. Distribute and assist in placing promotional stickers inside autos or cabs to increase LWAY's visibility.
7. Promote the LWAY user and driver apps within your personal and professional network.
8. Identify and reach out to potential corporate clients to inform them about our various corporate fleets.
9. Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and client needs.
10. Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
11. Maintain relationships with current clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
12. Track and report on sales performance metrics and outcomes.
13. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
14. Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry gatherings to represent LWAY and generate leads.
15. Participate in sales meetings and presentations to potential clients.
16. Continuously seek opportunities to learn and grow within your role, leveraging the startup environment to gain a comprehensive understanding of sales processes and strategies.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 25 per sale).
