We at Basic Elements are looking for a team that is going to be playing a key role in driving successful results towards the sale of a first-of-its-kind product that helps prevention of fire hazards and always keeps an organization prepared with a solution. We are looking for a person who is a solution provider, perfectionist, strong-willed, gutsy, persistent, spirited, systematic, logical, and inquisitive.
1. Ideating and designing a war room for marketing strategies
2. Creating a viable and workable plan for aggressive marketing of fire safety products by basic elements
3. Researching and developing models that can attract franchisees to take up the sale of basic elements' products
4. Creating a prototype campaign, testing and running the model, collecting and collating results, analyzing the data and deriving patterns that would be helpful and recording this data for further tests

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 2000 per working module).
