About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conceptualize, develop, execute employer branding campaigns across digital platforms
2. Collaborate and coordinate across multiple stakeholders
3. Generate new ideas and drive continual engagement with followers online
4. Monitor, track and optimise the effectiveness of digital campaigns and communications strategies on social media
5. Revamp the career site and profiling employees as brand ambassadors
6. Handle planning, developing and implementing a new and productive talent acquisition strategy
7. Design and execute a comprehensive, integrated employer brand strategy, creating and implementing tactics to build the brand in the talent marketplace and within the organization
8. Understand the talent profiles for the organization and develop a robust recruitment marketing strategy
9. Manage stakeholders and candidates in the end-to-end screening process and database management for record keeping
10. Be in charge of planning, developing and implementing a new and productive talent acquisition strategy
11. Do identifications, consensus building & implementation, email campaigns, social media, advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), etc.

An introduction to NPCI and its various products:
National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), an umbrella organization for operating retail payments and settlement systems in India, is an initiative of Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and Indian Banks' Association (IBA) under the provisions of the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007, for creating a robust Payment & Settlement Infrastructure in India.

Considering the utility nature of the objects of NPCI, it has been incorporated as a -Not for Profit- Company under the provisions of Section 25 of Companies Act 1956 (now Section 8 of Companies Act 2013), with an intention to provide infrastructure to the entire Banking system in India for physical as well as electronic payment and settlement systems. The Company is focused on bringing innovations in the retail payment systems through the use of technology for achieving greater efficiency in operations and widening the reach of payment systems.
