About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Brand Building: Lead the development and execution of our brand strategy to enhance our visibility, engagement, and reputation in the education sector.
2. Social Media Marketing: Oversee and manage all aspects of social media marketing across platforms, creating content calendars, executing campaigns, and analyzing performance to optimize results.
3. Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the Co-Founder to develop and implement strategic marketing plans aimed at driving growth, increasing brand awareness, and positioning our product in the competitive
4. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of interns, providing guidance on marketing projects, flagship events, and key campaigns.
5. Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with sales goals, drive lead generation, and support revenue growth.
6. Campaign Management: Plan and execute innovative marketing campaigns that capture the attention of educators, students, and other key stakeholders.
7. Event & Project Management: Lead the marketing efforts for flagship events, workshops, and key projects, ensuring they are well-promoted and contribute to overall business objectives.

Other requirements
1. Experience: 3+ years in marketing, preferably within the education industry or a background in education. Experience in building brands from scratch is a plus.
2. Passion for Education: Strong passion for marketing and the education space, with an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the industry.
3. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, particularly interns, to successfully execute marketing initiatives.
4. Social Media Expertise: Expertise in managing and growing social media platforms, content creation, and performance analysis.
5. Marketing Strategy: Ability to create and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive measurable results.
6. Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with the sales and other teams.
7. Creative Mindset: Strong creative and analytical skills, with the ability to think outside the box and bring innovative marketing ideas to life.
