Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per meeting set up).

Our vision is to ensure that students are empowered to make their career choices armed with the right information and guidance so that they can find sustained success and happiness in their careers.
We help students identify their career matches through in-depth psychometric assessmenT. We then create their customized career plan path with recommendations of courses, colleges, and how to prepare for them. We also build a strong plan B in case plan A does not work out due to unforeseen reasons. Finally, we guide them through a career immersion exercise by sharing real-world expectations from job roles that are identified basis their career matches. Additionally, we also help students build their profile for college admissions and present themselves effectively along with relevant credentials.
