Marketing (Partnership And Alliance) Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Connect with different educational institutions
2. Tie-up with placement cells and internship cells of colleges or educational institutions throughout India
3. Drive recruitment process through different channels
4. Consult with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate
5. Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies
6. Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
7. Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
8. Develop contract terms for new hires, promotions

9
