About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Visiting fertilizer retailers in assigned locations and demonstrating how the app works
2. Showing live demos of the app's features, including fast sales processing, A4 reports, and biometric integration
3. Explaining benefits compared to government-provided apps and POS machines
4. Helping retailers with the registration process and ensuring smooth onboarding
5. Collecting feedback from retailers to improve the app experience
6. Assisting in local marketing efforts (WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.)
7. Reporting daily progress and sales leads to the team

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 12th Feb'25 and 19th Mar'25

3. are available for duration of 1 month

4. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements

1. Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred, regional languages a plus!)

2. Confident in giving product demos and interacting with shop owners

3. Basic sales & marketing knowledge (Previous experience is a plus but not required)

4. Smartphone proficiency – Comfortable using apps, WhatsApp, Telegram, and Google Forms

5. Self-motivated & proactive – Willing to travel locally for sales demos

6. Negotiation & persuasion skills to convince retailers to try the app

7. Must be willing to travel locally for field visits

8. Own a smartphone for app demos and data collection

9. Preferred: Candidates from agricultural or business backgrounds (not mandatory)

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 200 per sale).
