1. Launch innovations
2. Craft insight-led premium beauty innovations- from scratch to product, packaging, and communication packs
3. Work on partnering with cross-functional teams (CMI, R&D, supply chain, artwork excellence, fragrance team) to ensure successful and timely launches
4. Relaunch core via communication, and packaging refreshes
5. Support the core FC relaunches for India and Indonesia (including insight development, briefing, and working with design houses for packaging)
6. Collaborate with agency partners to craft successful communication with best-in-class assets across media- TV, print, digital
7. Work closely with local marketing teams to ensure we land mixes that are relevant to local consumers, while tracking market and business performance, and 6P inputs
