1. Should be an MBA, preferably in business studies, marketing, or communications/public relations with a minimum of 3 years of work experience
2. Should be proficient in Pivot Table, Tableau, Microsoft Advanced Excel
3. Should have strong command of email marketing principles and best practices to ensure emails meet industry standards and international laws
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills; demonstrated success in achieving buy-in for an innovative, bold and strategic vision
5. Willingness to roll up the sleeves and do what is necessary to meet the team goals
6. Strong bias for action; ability to juggle multiple priorities, and effectively deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
7. Self-driven, ability to work independently to develop and execute strategies with minimal supervision
