Marketplace Operations Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

a. Agency Operations & Support:
1. Manage daily agency interactions and communications.
2. Generate and deliver regular performance reports.
3. Provide accurate product information (listings, images, videos) to agencies.
4. Review and approve advertising materials.

b. Product & Catalog Management:
1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date product information.
2. Ensure high-quality product visuals.
3. Conduct regular catalog quality checks.

c. Order Fulfillment & Logistics:
1. Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
2. Resolve shipping and delivery issues.
3. Coordinate with logistics for efficient order fulfillment.

d. Data Analysis & Reporting:
1. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
2. Prepare and present performance reports.
3. Develop strategies to optimize agency performance and sales.
