About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Designing and developing new products
2. Creating 3D designs of components over Fusion 360 or similar platforms
3. Working with the vendors for tooling and part sourcing
4. Simulating the designed product for manufacturability
5. Performing engineering analyses, technical reviews, and calculations, on area improvement projects
6. Developing an understanding of location-specific manufacturing technology
7. Working directly with the project engineers, performing a variety of tasks related to the design of medical products
