Mechanical Engineering Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. 3D Model Creation and Refinement: Develop detailed 3D models of vehicle components and systems using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc). Refine and optimize existing 3D models based on feedback from the engineering and design teams.

2. Collaboration with Design and Engineering Teams: Work closely with the design and engineering teams to ensure that models are accurate, functional, and meet the necessary specifications. Participate in regular team meetings to discuss project progress and address any design challenges.

3. Prototype Development: Assist in the creation of prototypes using 3D printing and other rapid prototyping methods. Test and evaluate prototypes to ensure they meet design and functional requirements.

4. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed documentation for each model, including technical specifications, materials, and assembly instructions. Report on the progress of modeling projects, highlighting any issues or delays and proposing solutions.

5. Quality Control and Improvement: Conduct quality checks on 3D models to ensure accuracy and adherence to design standards. Continuously seek ways to improve model quality and efficiency through innovative techniques and tools.

6. Support Production and Manufacturing: Provide support to the production team by creating detailed models and drawings required for manufacturing. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the manufacturing process related to the 3D models.
