Mechanical Engineering Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Using various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customers' concerns
2. Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians
3. Following up on service request and providing customer feedback
4. Monitoring equipment and machinery performance
5. Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment's
6. Delivering demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective equipment use
7. Providing recommendations about new features and product improvements
8. Conducting research and attending workshops to remain abreast of industry developments
9. Writing reports and presenting findings to Managers and Supervisors on a regular basis
