About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Design & Development - Assist in CAD modeling, prototyping, and product improvements.
2. Testing & Analysis - Conduct sharpness, durability, and safety tests, and analyze data.
3. Manufacturing Support - Learn and assist in production processes, troubleshooting, and process optimization.
4. Quality Control - Inspect raw materials and finished products, ensuring compliance with standards.
5. Documentation & Collaboration - Maintain records, prepare reports, and coordinate with teams.

Other requirements
1. Educational Background – Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Plastics Engineering, Polymer Technology, or a related field. Participation in BAJA SAE, Formula Student, or similar engineering competitions is highly preferred.
2. Knowledge of Materials – Understanding of plastic materials, injection molding, and polymer properties.
3. Manufacturing Exposure – Basic knowledge of plastic processing techniques like molding, extrusion, and thermoforming.
4. Design Skills – Familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for designing plastic components.
5. Problem-Solving Ability – Interest in improving plastic razor components for strength and cost efficiency.
6. Teamwork & Learning Attitude – Willingness to work with R&D and manufacturing teams to develop innovative razor products.
