Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include making prototypes of fitness-related watches as discussed during their interviews and meetings.

We have extensive Strength & Conditioning services, Nutrition, Physiotherapy, Mental conditioning etc. for Athletes as well as General Population.
We have our specialized methodology for training Toddlers as well. Kids aging from 3 years should be exposed to Fitness and sports which will help them in their future. We target their CC's that is Control and coordination with enhancing Motor Cortex activity , Balance , Flexibility, Agility, Movement Patterns , Sports Specific Movement Patterns and much more.
All of this is done with a variety of Fun games and activities
