Media Events Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the on-ground execution and management of events, ensuring smooth operations.
2. Coordinate with vendors and agencies for seamless delivery of services and requirements.
3. Support in managing hotel queries, including contracting and negotiations.
4. Prepare and maintain event-related documents and reports using MS Office tools.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
6. Contribute to brainstorming sessions for innovative event ideas and solutions.
7. Maintain a high standard of quality and excellence in all assigned tasks.
8. Provide logistical and administrative support for event operations.
9. Foster teamwork and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
10. Work closely with the event agencies to ensure alignment with the creative vision and execution plan.
