About the internship
Selected Intern's Day-to-Day Responsibilities Include:
1. Assist in the day-to-day operations of the channel, ensuring smooth broadcasting and scheduling of content.
2. Support the coordination and management of programming schedules.
3. Monitor the broadcast quality and resolve any technical issues that arise.
4. Help maintain logs and records of broadcast activities.
5. Participate in pre-production planning, including brainstorming sessions and scriptwriting.
6. Assist with on-site production activities such as setting up equipment, managing props, and coordinating with talent.
7. Support post-production processes, including editing, sound mixing, and visual effects.
8. Help organize and manage production schedules and deadlines.
9. Assist in the creation and management of digital content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and streaming services.
10. Support the development and execution of digital marketing strategies to enhance audience engagement.
11. Monitor and analyze digital metrics to measure the performance of content and campaigns.
12. Help with the maintenance and updating of digital assets and content libraries.

5. Basic knowledge of media production equipment and software (e.g., cameras, editing software, social media platforms).

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per performance based).
