About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on demographics entry, charge entry, and payment posting and should be willing to work night shifts
2. Maintaining a daily Excel report and communicating with our US clients regularly
3. Calling insurance company on behalf of doctors/physicians for claim status
4. Following up with the insurance company to check the status of outstanding claims
5. Receiving payment information if the claims have been processed
6. Analyzing claims in case of rejections.
7. Ensuring deliverables adhere to quality standards
