Merchandising Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identifying and qualifying potential customers from databases or through cold calling and following up with leads to nurture them into sales opportunities
2. Communicating with prospects and customers via phone calls, emails, or messaging platforms, answering inquiries about products, services, or promotions in a professional manner, and building strong relationships through regular communication
3. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the company's products, services, and offers, promoting and recommending them to potential customers, and assisting the sales team with strategies and insights
4. Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions in a timely manner, gathering feedback, and relaying important insights to relevant teams for improvement while maintaining a high standard of customer service
5. Maintaining accurate records of all calls, customer interactions, and sales outcomes in the database
6. Preparing daily, weekly, or monthly reports on telecasting activities and performance metrics, tracking performance against assigned targets and analyzing call outcomes to suggest improvements
7. Following telecasting scripts and adhering to the company's standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring confidentiality and privacy of customer data at all times
8. Collaborating with the sales team to share insights and improve lead conversion, participating in team meetings, and contributing to brainstorming sessions for sales strategies
