We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented MIS Executive (Intern) to join our team at Voxelstudio One Private Limited. As an MIS executive (intern), you will be responsible for assisting in the management of management information systems (MIS) and data analytics to support business operations and decision-making processes.
1. Organize and maintain customer data in our database system
2. Develop custom apps using the Google AppSheet platform to streamline business processes
3. Design WhatsApp chatbots to automate customer interactions and support functions
4. Analyze data and generate reports to provide insights into customer behavior
5. Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization
6. Conduct quality checks on data inputs, apps, and chatbots
7. Document processes and provide training to end-users
