MIS & Process Automation Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Interact with multiple internal/external stakeholders on a daily, weekly and monthly basis for requirements and support required
2. Analyze data and reports from various sources and provide actionable insights and suggestions
3. Generate, maintain, consolidate and track various reports
4. Prepare ad hoc reports based on the requirements from the stakeholders
5. Identify the opportunities of automating the reports, snapshots, and dashboards using advanced formulae, Macros, VB, SQL, and other techniques
6. Consolidate, sort, organize and summarize data using basic mathematical operations
7. Evaluate current processes and procedures for the Payer and identify issues that cause rejections and denials
8. Interpret data and metrics using charts, tables and other graphics in Microsoft Excel (primarily) and Power Point
