eDot Health is a digital healthcare platform that integrates providers such as doctors, pharmacies, diagnostic centers with patients seamlessly and transparently. Patients can search providers using different search criteria, upload prescriptions, manage medical history, and send prescriptions to pharmacies for fulfillment with varied preferences such as home delivery, pickup, etc.
The reusability of medical records and data is one unique feature that stands different from other peer healthcare apps. The app will focus on customized and personalized health information to the consumer, namely patients. Its digital solutions will not only transform the patient's experience but also improve patients' medication adherence and outcome rates and it will enhance the patient's experience through delivering personalized communications via different devices through push notifications, in-app feedback, SMS, etc.
