Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities as a Full-stack developer include:
1. Work with the Android development team
2. Design servers, server communication with Android app, AWS cloud
3. Design, build and maintain high-performance and make reusable and reliable Java code
4. Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
5. Identify, correct bottlenecks, and fix bugs
