About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Connect with placement offices of educational institutions to collect alumni student data for mobilization.
2. Engage with Women Self Help Groups (SHGs) and NGOs to mobilize candidates from Economically Weaker Sections (EWS).
3. Conduct field visits to identify suitable mobilization pockets and gain on-ground insights.
4. Utilize social media platforms for effective candidate mobilization.
5. Provide support and guidance to enrolled students, assisting with registrations and orientation.
6. Conduct counseling sessions and explain training program benefits, terms, and conditions to students.

Who can apply

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per candidate).
