About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on molecular cloning using both conventional and gateway technology
2. Work on agrobacteria mediated plant transformation followed by screening for transformants
3. Work on genotyping plants
4. Work on phenotyping mutant lines using DIC microscopy and image analysis
5. Maintain plants in the growth room
6. Maintain a detailed and accurate day-to-day record of the performed experiments
