About the internship

Selected interns' day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Cloning using both conventional and gateway technology
2. Working on agrobacteria-mediated plant transformation followed by screening for transformants
3. Researching on genotyping plants
4. Working on phenotyping mutant lines using DIC microscopy and image analysis
5. Maintaining a detailed and accurate day-to-day record of the performed experiments
