Motion Graphics Internship

Key Responsibilities :

1. Conceptualize and design:
a. Develop innovative motion graphics and animations that align with brand standards and project goals.
b. Collaborate with art directors, designers, and content strategists to conceptualize engaging visual solutions.

2. Storyboard and style frames:
a. Create clear storyboards, style frames, and mock-ups to communicate design ideas and animation approaches.
b. Present concepts and gather feedback to refine designs before final production.

3. Animation and editing:
a. Produce and edit high-quality animations for various mediums (e.g., social media, websites, presentations, live events).
b. Work with video footage, audio, and graphic assets to create cohesive and compelling final pieces.

4. Brand consistency:
a. Ensure all motion graphics conform to established brand guidelines and maintain consistency across different projects.
b. Stay up-to-date with design trends and technologies to ensure fresh, cutting-edge visuals.

5. Collaboration and communication:
a. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and other stakeholders) to understand project requirements and deadlines.
b. Communicate project updates, timelines, and potential challenges effectively with team members.

6. Asset management:
a. Organize and maintain a library of motion graphics templates, assets, and design files for efficient project execution.
b. Adapt and repurpose existing designs for new formats or platforms.

7. Continuous improvement:
a. Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and software advancements to continuously improve design techniques.
b. Share expertise and knowledge with the broader design and marketing teams.
